You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

Once we receive the item and check it, we refund you within 7 days — in cash, or by the method you paid with.

Non-returnable

• Made-to-order items.
• Personal-care products and underwear once opened.
• Anything perishable.
